I go wash my car here at least once a week the vacuums are good the actual vacuum tubes coming out of the vacuum are always nice and fresh with no holes never a problem at the washing drive up to self wash is good the automatic is good never lose quarters change machine always has changing nice

Anyways, here's my review I had posted... *Yelling employee, drive thru wash doesn't work, left with dirty car* Decided to try this car wash instead of my normal Express wash because my baby was sleeping in the car and it was closer to us. WORST DECISION EVER! It was listed on Google as a $5 wash but was actually $6, but thought whatever no biggy. Its just a dollar. Paid with card and pulled in when green arrow turned on. I pulled in slowly until the light went off , but then nothing happened. No red light, no green light, nothing. So I sat there trying to figure out if I should reverse or pull forward. Suddenly this older Hispanic man came running in YELLING at me doing the "roll down window" motion. So I rolled it down and he continues yelling at me in Spanish, which I don't speak. I ask him in English what's going on and he tells me in broken Spanglish that I drove it too fast and need to drive slow. I told him I was driving slow but he kept yelling that I need to follow the lights and stop on red. I tried telling him there were no other lights but he wasn't listening. I ended up having to reverse out and pull in again with him angrily waving at me. The lights were now working but half way thru wash it stopped again. Didn't tell me when to stop pulling forward for rinse or dry. Or when to exit. I sat there AGAIN waiting for a light or for my car to dry. But NOTHING. My car came out wet and DIRTY. I honestly could have just used my hose at home and would have got a better result. I wanted to go back to ask for this to be fixed but with my baby sleeping still it would have been a bigger hassle. Im beyond frustrated, disappointed, and stressed having gone here. And this was supposed to be an easy in and out. Now my cars left not much better than when it went in. FRUSTRATING!

This place USED to be good. I find it funny that it says "prices same as 1990" not true. It was cheaper back then and these guys now give you less time for $1 and don't even have degreaser with a brush to clean the wheels. Then when you walk around spraying your car down the hoses on the ceiling crash and get stuck. This place isn't what it used it to be.

Worst car wash of my entire life. Spent $10 and it didn't clean my car one bit. This one one swipe of a towel. Doesn't include vacuum. Vaccums are also exclusively coin operated even though the car wash accepts card. No way of getting cash at this location. When I asked for a refund I was told by the employee there wasn't anyone to do that. Better off going down the street to Pacific Car Wash. Better service, better wash, better price. And it include vaccum with with price of wash.

Poor customer service from woman who “didn’t speak English.” My bf and I have been coming to this car wash weekly until this “employee” began to harass us and get nearby car wash customers to translate for her. We will not be returning. The place is filthy with trash, and I’m glad my bf has finally had enough to find an actual suitable car wash for our car wash dates.
