I have been looking for a new nail shop due to inconsistency and the “too comfortable” feeling I have been receiving from my regular nail tech! I truly enjoyed my experience. I was unaware that they take appointments, however they will accept walk ins when they have available techs! Just my luck, techs were free and I sat down within 5 minutes. The guy who did my pedicure did an excellent job and the guy who did my nails did an excellent job as well! They both took the time to care for my nails. I booked my appointment before I left! It’s safe to say, I will return and I definitely recommend this shop to others! The staff were all polite and friendly.

I did a walk-in to get a pedicure at Sassy Nails. I haven't been here in a long time and wanted to give them another try. Last time service wasn't that good, felt rushed during my time there and had a long time wait time. (That was about 2 years ago or longer) This time got ke on in, and service was wonderful. The lady was awesome with my leg massage and took her time with me even though they got busy once I sat in the chair. The massage chair is working great, by the way. Most places don't let you use their bathrooms, but they let me. It was clean in the bathroom, too. The music they were playing was relaxing. Only reason gave them 4 stars is it was hot in there. On a warm day like today, it really needs to be a little cooler.

Please do not even waste your time or money here. I scheduled an appointment for 11AM and didn’t even get into a chair until 15 minutes after. My pedicure turned out nice, but took an hour and a half. When I sat down to start my nails it was 12:30. They turned out terrible and were for my birthday this weekend. 2 1/2 hours & $100 later for my nails to look like this. The gentleman doing them also continued to mock customers and employees. I wouldn’t even let them touch my dogs nails after this. Couldn’t pay me to come back

They were very busy and knew each customer by name. They even asked me my name as I had never been there. I had a great experience and will never use anyone else again. Thanks for the customer service and beautiful nails!

Went there for a full set, sat in the first chair with the gentleman that answers the phone and rings you up. He rushed my nails, didn’t give me the color I wanted, and then my nails started popping off two weeks later on the day I was going back for fill and 6 out of 10 nails had fungus! Never ever has fungus and I have had acrylics for years in Texas. This pic is after I cleaned my nails up. Greenish yellow discoloration.
