I used to love this store but the daughter’s run the business now and it shows and that’s not a good thing. No upgrades in 10 years and painting the building is not an up grade. I’m honestly surprised this place is still in business if it wasn’t for the tortillas I don’t think they would still be in business. It sucks that my fiancé rather go to Carnival and I always talked good about this store I told her how much I love it because I grew up going to this store but when I took her… well she was not impressed and I tried explaining that it didn’t use to be this ran down but she don’t believe me.

This is the place to get the best, freshly made corn tortillas. The line is always ridiculously slow, but the wait for the best tortillas in SD is well worth it.

Love it, it's a small place but has many things my favorite is the corn tortillas and masa for my tamales. Great deals on produce as well.

tortillas are the best! But be ready for the standing in line for the tortillas, im rating itt a 1 star for the manager having a bad attitude with a customer waiting in line to get tortillas.. they should let people buy 12 packs of tortillas to resale in san marcos. That's why lines are 2 hours. I waited 2 hours to get tortillas. Not fair
