Their motto should be, “if we don’t have it, you don’t need it!” Granted, they didn’t have my childhood treat from Hawaii, brand name of Yick Lung, aka Li Hing Mui, aka crack seed, so I left thinking, I don’t need it because there’s an order waiting for me in my USA office. But they have everything else!

A Woman stood in front of me talking with her friend while I waited at the counter for service. I stood their for at least 10 minutes, it was a long conversation. When she finally asked if she could help me I was shocked that she actually worked there. I was wanting to get balloons filled for a birthday. They kind of hassled us when we asked them to be filled with helium. They didn't tie them how we asked so we ended up cutting the strings so the kids could have them. Over 50 dollars for 3 balloons and 2 small children's books. Really bad customer service and outrageous cost. Won't ever be back.

Very impressed by their selection of international food and spices. Could even find typically hard to find stuff. Also a rather impressive selection of puzzles.

Even you can find so many stuff, The place is not too big and the staff is little bite rude.

We went to get a puzzle for my work to use as a draw. Not a family who does puzzles we asked for some advice from the colleague working. She was AMAZING!!! She took her time explaining the different brands of puzzles and helped us pick out one that would be good for a person who does puzzles as well as a novice. We ended up buying one for my work and one for us as well. What a great experience.
