I greatly enjoyed my stay for 4 nights in apartment 9. The room was very clean and had everything I needed to feel like home. The bed was so comfy and the location was amazing. The area is very safe and quiet. Parking is also good. I was able to park my Dodge Ram high top Promaster camper van with no problem. I will definitely stay again when I am in the area.

Sea Side Artisan apartments is a great place to stay while in Dunedin. The rooms are large and well equipped for your stay. Anna is a great host and replies promptly and accurately to all our questions. The location is perfect for walking to both beaches, parks, and restaurants. I highly recommend that you look into staying here on your next visit.

Perfect little stay for a couple, right in Dunedin. 5 min walk to the brewerys and restaurants. Great for date night. Room was clean and set up perfectly. We will be back. Also it was cost effective!

Great location to walk to everything downtown. Clean. Second stay and will be back. Our group rented five of the rooms one trip and all were happy with the rooms. Comfortable places to sit outside I’d relax and read.
