I came in with my mom told her I wanted my right brow to resemble my left because they did look a little different also said i wanted them LIGHTENED 2 to 3 shades lighter then my natural I came out with BLACK eyebrows and my left and right eyebrow are litteraly two completely diffrent shapes she also rounded them out which I did not want I think this 50% falls on her not knowing how to speak English correctly if you are going to work in a profession in America where you are changing litteraly people faces and you can't clearly understand someone you need to go into a different profession bc there should have been no misscomunation the bottom of my right eyebrow litteraly almost starts where the top of my left eye brow is so I would never recommend this place to someone who doesn't speak their own language or go to someone who can speak English and

This business gave me a punch card, I’ve been enough times to earn a free eyebrow shaping. When I went to present the card for the free service she said they no longer accept punch cards.

Ashley is such an amazing person. I came for Brazilian and full legs. She made my experience as painless as possible and left me baby smooth. Great customer service! I've been multiple times. My first couple experiences were good, but then they got new management. They are not transparent with prices, the quality completely depends on the person working there that day, waits are often long and if they mess up your lashes... they charge you money to remove them. It's equivalent to getting your nails done at a subpar nail salon. Results are 50/50 and the prices are often a mystery.
