If I could rate them a 0 I would also do it ...he looked at my sons car who used it to go to work it was back road dust inside with dirt on the floor of the car ...he opened my car door looked and rudly said no way....he gave me the dirtiest look when I went inside... like I disturbed him....will never recommend this place and will spread the word.....very unprofessional ....so I went home and it took me 20 min with soap water....seriously do they only clean the clean vehicles.......shame on him....the car was not even that dirty...

Service was extremely quick and well done. Interior was vacuumed and cleaned. My matts and carpets were cleaned, and stuck on salt was removed as if it were never there. The vacuuming was able to remove 100% of the easy to get dirt, and probably about 80% of the hard to reach areas which I would not be able to do myself. My seats and upholstery were not cleaned, but I was not expecting that to be included based on the price and the speed of the service (0.5 hours). The exterior was cleaned to a high standard. Ultimately I was more impressed on the exterior clean than the interior clean. Attention was paid to the small details and the exterior was dry, shiny, and free from any water spots. My car looks, feels, and smells great again. The man I interacted with was not extremely welcoming, as if he didn’t need the business. But that’s not what I came for, I came for the cleaning which was well done. Prices could be more clear. There doesn’t seem to be any pricing chart, only what you are told by the serviceman. Halfway through the service he informed me it would be an extra $15 due to pet hair, which would have been nice to know beforehand. Overall 4/5, will probably return after every winter.

Beyond horrible job, I asked for a detail and I honestly do not think they touched my car. I got it back exactly how it looked, they just sprayed the inside with some type of wax. I wish I could rate it 0 stars tbh, literally the worst thing I’ve ever seen in my life and not to mention the guy was rude, I don’t know how they get business. Don’t waste your money here

Have been using this service throughout the years for my personal vehicles. While quality of the cleaning and detailing has been fine, the Owner and Operator is less than pleasant or professional. Often times quoting a price for a full vehicle wash and interior detailing and then once the job is completed will change the final price of the job. Sometimes by as much as 50% above the agreed upon quote. Save your time and your money.
