I hope it has improved since I last stayed there about 10 years ago; the room smelled heavily of cigarette smoke and even a good airing and turning on the air conditioner full blast didn't help. The staff could have also learned something about courtesy. I might check it out again if I'm in the area, but there are better accommodations nearby, and in Piketon, Chillicothe, and Portsmouth.

Today is 7-26-19, been at this motel for about four weeks. I can simply summarize my stay like this. Cockroaches, horrible freezer, terrible wifi, showerheads crooked and facing the wall. Owners are rude and have barged in through the door while I've been sleeping after a ten hour shift on multiple occasions and hardly ever clean, bring fresh towels, bedding, or toilet paper. Second I find a place I'm contacting an attorney against this place and the terrible owners. All around not worth the money. Stay in Piketon or if you can afford it there's a huge motel right down the freeway from this dump that has a pool free breakfast room service and so much more.

They turn off the WiFi. They'll tell you the signal is slow, but after you talk to them, its working with a strong signal. Been here a week and it's a more than once daily occurrence. My husband is 69 with a broken leg. They give us a room upstairs in the middle, the longest possible route to a room. For $60 dollars a night it's not worth it

The motel is located in waverly behind superquik south. The rooms have recently been remodeled and provide a fridge for food and drinks. Each room has cable and they do have smoking and non smoking rooms available. The price is reasonable as well aat 45-55.a room for one night
