I dropped my clothes off over 3 weeks ago and every time I go to pick them up on Saturday at 9am there not open. For the past 3 Saturdays I've sat until almost 9:30 and no one has shown up to open the store. Tried calling number listed in Google maps and number is no good. If yall changed the hours it would be a great idea to update all information so clients don't have to go through this. As soon as I can ever get my dry cleaning I will not be coming back.

What is going on? I have been trying to pick up my clothes for two days and the store is closed!! Phone number voicemail box is full. No answer. This is ridiculous. How do you run a business like this. I should have read the reviews before trusting them with my clothes. Omg.

I showed up on a Saturday at 11:30AM to pick up my clothes for Monday, and they were closed. The hours listed stated that they were supposed to be open. If they're going to change their hours of operation, then that needs to be posted properly so that people can retrieve their clothes.

They received one star for returning my clothes, price high but you pay for quality right? Well thats not what you will get from this store! My alterations were off, I paid for heavy starch but when I arrived, at a time we agreed on, it took them 30 to 45mins for them to go find my uniforms "a quick horrible iron job" I would highly not recommend, not even to my enemy.

I have been using them for well over a year now and I have not one complaint. The staff is professional and friendly. I love the fact that they remember me when I pull up to the drive through. The owner Omar goes beyond to make sure I am satisfied and several times offered to deliver my clothes when they weren’t ready when they said they would be. I had no problem with their adjusted COVID schedule since I just drop and go. They have also done coats and comforters for me when my cats decided to use them instead of their litter box?? And they did an awesome job on getting the smell out. They took extra care with the hand laced items that my mother and grandmother had made. All in all they are the BEST dry cleaners I have found and will continue to use them always. Live you guys.
