Went thru drive thru for coffee on road trip. The Barista was polite and cheerful. My drink was perfect. I did not have any food or ice cream.

The staff are friendly and very helpful. My wife and I had a negative experience with some teas we ordered, and the Silos crew was happy to fix the issue and ask how they could improve moving forward. Since then, the drinks have been fantastic. I have a long commute every day, and Silos gives me something to look forward to during my drive.

All the girls are super friendly and make great drinks. We have never had any problems with our orders and if they don't get it right they will fix it right away. Hands down better then any coffee place within 20 miles.

Edit 12/20 2023... went down hill last 3 times I went I had problems. No longer go unfortunately. Hope they work out the kinks. Bad expensive coffee or chai is not great. In the beginning I loved them.... Great coffee and smoothies. Friendly people and they have my oat milk. ?
