Very small quantity of food for almost $20! They should at least provide more rice than what I got, that's enough to feed a kid.the noodles feel like hay

Awful…disgusting…worst meal ever. My dog wouldn’t even eat the noodles !! Chicken balls are ground up chicken that taste so bad…the neon red sweet and sour sauce should be illegal to serve !! If I could give it a minus 5 rating I would !! To top it off…my egg roll was cold in the middle, the noodles were dry, and had a funny smell. I hate giving bad reviews…but with this meal…it was so bad that I almost feel it’s unavoidable !!! The sesame chicken was the only saving grace on this plate, but once again they were dry, dry, dry !!! So dissatisfied beyond measure !!!

They have very good bubble tea, but sometimes it takes awhile till they complete your order.

I was in line, in store, and they were filling out a online order between me and my partners order, which was frustrating considering her and I were together and were trying to order at the same time. But that’s a small grievance. What made me disgusted and concerned is I wanted noodles right, but they mixed up the online order (that they were making at the same time / in between us) and just dumped the noodles off that plate that was to go out, back into the buffet like container that they fill ALL orders from, and that’s the gross frustrating part, the concerning part is I am allergic to seafood and there was noodles touching the shrimp that was on that outgoing plate. I’d said I didn’t want anything after seeing that and the language barrier ended up getting in the way. Because I am polite I just paid for the rice and the chicken (that they didn’t get right) and moved on as there was what seemed like 0 reason to try and remedy it. Tossed it in the bin in the way out. If you have allergies, be careful, if they did that directly in front of us what they heck goes on in the back. In summary, rude business behaviour, language barrier, sanitary concerns, and preparation concerns.

Something wasn't right in my order (noodles, veg, sesame chicken, honey garlic ribs) and i experienced terrible food poisoning. Like I'm talking in less than an hour, my stomach was gurgling and I was running. Two stars because I can't find sesame chicken where I live now.
