Worst experience ever get in the room, girlfriend sits in chair. Char falls over, missing one wheel, smashes her shoulder off the table leg, bruises her hip. Next we find a used condem on the floor by the bed. Next we find a burnt tinfoil in dresser drawer with a straw and some kind of blue substance melted on it. Reported everything to the office in the morning. Desk person aays we should have called the desk at which point I informed the manager there is no phone. He looks stunned then says u could have looked up the number on google. We request compinsation for the room at which point he tells us because we booked thru expedia he could not refund it, even though I paid with debit at the counter. All I have to say is stay away from this place...

Worst experience ever. Rooms smell like cat urine. Drug addicts smashing on my brand new car. Asked to get a refund to leave had the manager start screaming at me. literally the worst place in the sault at the moment. Sleeping in an alleyway would be the same.

If you don't mind your room smelling like cat urine this is the place for you. 2 out of 3 light bulbs missing in the bathroom along with missing bathroom mirror and light bulb missing in bedside lamp and no heat. My boss 's experience was worse tv didn't work cat urine smell windows didn't lock missing light bulbs and homeless guy banging and scratching on the outside wall from his little shelter. Boss ended up sleeping in his truck
