The place is very clean they get 3 stars for that! I did laundry it was nice the machines etc. the young attendant behind the counter was nice. While drying my clothes an older heavyset lady comes to me and ask if a cart with clothes were mine?! I said no bc it had been sitting there when I approached the folding table they were dry already. So those weren't mine. I get home and realized I left a load of clothes in the washer. I call and call no answer. So I come first thing in the morning to a rude woman. I say she's rude because as I'm asking her about my clothes from yesterday, she cuts me off and says NO NO I DON'T KNOW, I DIDN'T WORK YESTERDAY! I say you didn't let me finish, I ask what happens to clothes left? She points me to the sign. I said I see that but I'm asking a question. I know you're not responsible. So you all just throw clothes away or customers come in see a washer with clothes what happens?! She starts speaking Spanish to a man. That triggers me. So I see we aren't getting anywhere so, I ask for the manager she said no I couldn't Speak to him. She calls someone and says to my why would you leave your clothes she said no she doesn't know either! LADY ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! I ask when the manager will be back she says he's too busy to talk to me WHAT THE HELL !!! I'm just confused by the signs and this nonchalant worker. I have been to plenty of laundry's this is the first that takes your clothes and has cameras all around yet saying they don't work WHAT!!!! Ok that's fine never again what's sad is this is independently owned and nothing will be done. Word of mouth though! So I will be on all my social media platforms and calling the news to investigate this. YOU NEVER KNOW WHO WILL BE IN YOUR ESTABLISHMENT!!

The workers always want to leave early, I arrived at 7:30 and the last wash is at 9:30 so I have to wash in quick mode

THIS LAUNDRY CLOSES AT 9:30pm !!! Heads up incase your looking to wash past 9:30pm they will not let you in anymore !!! Website says 11pm but it’s for people folding clothes

I came at 910 to dry my clothes and the doors were locked but on their door it says last wash at 930 and they close at 10 . gir do better fr????
