Got a used tire, looks brand new! Cheapest tire shop in ALL of Jonesboro! Only cost me 50 bucks for a tire! Great customer service, fast and efficient, and I got there about 5 minutes before they closed and they still installed the new tire! Thank you I will definitely be coming back here!!!

I called yesterday and asked how much it would be to mount and balance 4 tires on my wife’s 2015 Chevrolet Traverse. The guy up front tells me $100 and we agree to bring it in at 4:00. I bring the car in, and he installs all 4 tires. We walk out to look at the tires and the first thing I notice is that the wheels are scratched. All 4. The same uniform scratch all the way around. I let it go, things happen. My wife calls me on the way home and tells me that her steering wheel is shaking. I tell her okay, probably a balance issue. No worries, I’ll bring it back tomorrow after work. So the next day (today) I bring it back. The owner isn’t there, but his worker is. I tell him about the steering wheel shake and that it’s likely a balance issue and asked him if he would check the balance. He tells me that they don’t have a balancing machine. I then tell him about the wheels all being scratched and he asked me to pull the car under their awning. About this time the owner pulls up. I ask him “when we left yesterday, I asked again and made sure that the tires were all balanced, and you said that they were. But your worker said that you guys don’t even have a balancing machine. And all 4 of the wheels are scratched. Do you have any idea what caused that?” He said yes, the tire machine did it and that it happens to some wheels, but we aren’t responsible for that. the tire balancing machine company picked up the balancer this morning at 5:00 am. I then ask why would your worker tell me that you guys didn’t even have a tire balancer? Not that it was out for service, out of order, etc. he then gets both defensive and offensive. He said that I got here at 5 am. Not him. How would he know? He then asks me “what I wanted him to do about it, but actually it doesn’t matter because I’m not going to do anything about it”. I tell him that I’m going to have to take the car to another shop and have the tires balanced. He then cuts me off and says that he’s not paying for that and he’s not giving any money back and it’s okay because he didn’t charge me to balance the wheels and tires, he just did it. I asked “well what about the scratches on the wheels?” And he said what do you want me to do about it, and that the rear passenger wheel already had scratches on it before we even touched it. He then tells me to get the f*** out and walks away. TLDR (too long, didn’t read) version below Brought my wife’s car in to get 4 tires mounted and balanced. Shop scratches all 4 wheels, blames the machine. One guy tells me they don’t have a balancer, the owner tells me it was picked up at 5 am that morning for service). Please check other places if you need tire work done that includes getting tires mounted and balanced damage free.

Bought some supposedly new tires and they turned out to be recaps I definitely don’t recommend going here. They didn’t even clean my rim balance my tires or anything.

Service here was very good. The wait was a little long but that's to be expected with used tires. The employee was as friendly as cam be and made sure I had a decent used tire that was going to get me down the road and then some. There's a waiting room with a streaming TV and even some toys for the kids this room has AC and was comfortable. Tires were a good price (better then any I've found In the area) and I'm going to be headed back again if I see another one of my tires is ready to go.

The mechanic was real good and thorough, I needed a good tire at a good price and they were the ones. They took care of me, and weren’t real pushy on new tires or anything other than what I was wanting to do.
