Honestly the worst experience I’ve ever had with any shop. Dropped the car off in April and was told it would be done in 10 days. When I called after the 10 days they hadn’t even touched the car and said they were finishing up other problems. Let them know I needed it done ASAP as I was moving at the end of May out of state. Owner said no problem and it would be done in a week. Needless to say it wasn’t done in a week and wasn’t done at the end of May when I was planning to move. It was finally done at 3 AM the day after I was supposed to leave and I drove it for .3 seconds before it broke again doing the same thing. Owner said he would have it fixed again at no charge and then tow it out to my new place. He didn’t show of course and promised he would be there the next week. He didn’t and then absolutely ghosted me. I had to have a friend go pick it up and it still wasn’t fixed. Paid $1700 for something that wasn’t fixed and another $1000 to have it shipped to me. If you are military DO NOT GO HERE. He will screw you over because he knows he’s got time and you won’t be local to do anything about it and you’ll probably get your car back worse than before.

Amazing work, gave them a time line and was able to get it done faster than expected ontop of their already full lot. Great work and I haven't had any issues with their work. Very respectful and I highly recommend there services to anyone in a struggle. Very good transmission work and honestly runs and drives better than brand new. They accept cash app and/ or cash only.

With transmission repairs, I always wait at least six months to review. Well it is now close to a 9 months since my rebuild. Transmission is still like brand new! They did a great job! Thanks

Completely and utterly terrible choice to bring my vehicle here. Terrible experience, terrible service and unprofessional. Took my vehicle in for transmission issue and the manager told me to come back in two weeks. Two weeks turned into a month. I gave them money for a part they said they needed. I deployed and left contact information for any updates on the vehicle. No updates were given unless you called them. One year later and my vehicle was worse than how I left it. No timelines were ever met. When I went to pick up the vehicle, one of the mechanics was smoking in my vehicle while moving it for me to take it. They have an enormous amount of vehicles in their lot that I am assuming are waiting to get worked on. I saw tags from 2016 that was just sitting there! Do NOT use this company for anything they will string you along as long as you let them.

I am a retired, disable veteran and my body won't let me do the things that I used to do. When the transmission in my truck was leaking more fluid than the engine was using gas, I pulled it myself. Then my body said "Nope", and I towed the pieces to Joe. Even before I had left, he had the transmission torn down to kit form and showed me what the problem was. He talked to me at my knowledge level and explained everything in all the detail that was needed. Great work, great price, great people.
