Kelly fixed my nails right up! She was very gentle and super talented! Wonderful place to go and price wasn't over the top either. I will definitely be coming back here!!!

So, I've been struggling to find a decent nail salon since I got to Indy. I stumbled upon this one and I like how nice everyone is. They're very professional and do pretty well with getting appointments done on schedule and taking walk ins. This past visit was my third and final time stopping by. They did my gel manicure and pedicure at the same time. I understand that it's more efficient but it's not comfortable. I was in and out of the salon in 30 minutes (I was the only one there, it was snowing outside), which is usually a good thing, but I could tell he was rushing. He would hurry and put a coat on one hand and before that hand had even finished curing, he was finished with the other and yanking the lamp away. like I said, I was the only one there and the woman said that pretty much all of their appointments were cancelled for the day. Maybe he was rushing because he wanted to go home? Idk. When I got in the car I realized that my one of my thumb nails was lumpy. This usually means the first coat hasn't dried before the second was put on. I ignored it because I'd already started my car and didn't want to make a fuss. The next day I chipped two nails and gloss on my toes and fingers were peeling. One week later and this is what my hands look like. I don't do hard labor or work with my hands much aside from typing on a computer. I don't take long baths or submerge my hands in water for long periods of time either. You can even see that beneath the layer of gel on my thumb there is a patch of gel that NEVER dries completely (that's what was lumpy). Unfortunately, I won't be returning ????

Very uncomfortable the whole time. The front desk was rude, water was cold, the manicurist did a horrible job on both of our pedicures. The worst part isn’t the completely botched pedicure (as seen in photo) but the charged me $75 for 2 pedicures. That didn’t seem right so I called and asked the price and it’s $35 per pedicure so they over charged me. Not by a lot but it’s the principle.

Make an appointment to be sure to get in. They do great work and sooooo professional and friendly.

I arrived at 940 am no one waiting and 2 ppl working 2 customers. She asked what I wanted I said gel polish and pedicure. She said you have appt? No she said make appointment come back.... I said you advertise walk ins welcome she said make appointment. Don't advertise walk ins welcome if that's not the case state on door and Google search ads appointment only.
