Spa Nails Wax

I asked for a fill in regular polish,And for a cut down. The man immediately started taking my polish off I had medium, stiletto nails. I had to direct him several times to get all of the polish off because he was trying to put acrylic over my old polish I didn’t notice until after I got out of his chair that he cut my nails so unevenly it looks ridiculous he barely buffed them. I let him finish. I looked at them after he polished them. The polish was lumpy. Whatever topcoat he put over it had some kind of gray tint, I had black polish on. As I was leaving, there was a lady sitting near the door I complained to her, showed her how unevenly he polished my nails and how lumpy they looked I let her know how I was unsatisfied. She invited me to her chair where she tried to fixed them as best as she could. She thought she was doing me a favor by giving me “ Free “ gel polish, which I really didn’t want because I like to change my polish at home, but at this point, I have been there long enough, and I was ready to go! I went home and had to file them myself. I gave 2 stars because she tried her best to fix them (I put those stickers on my nails all of my nails are uneven)

I give this place 1 star because 1. they had one lady on my nails then another lady came then the lady that did my nails literally rushed my nails my thumb and pinky on my left hand is messed up as you can see in the first picture and in the second picture on my right hand my ring finger nail and very crooked then she when was drilling and filing my nails she kept cutting my finger and she knew because i snatched my hand back everytime and she continued to do it while she’s just sitting on the phone talking and did not inform me until after the service that they didn’t take cards and my price was 35$ and i only had 31$ in cash because i used cards and she took it and caught an attitude and someone gave her another 5$ for me and told her she didn’t have to talk to me the way she was. i will never go back to this place ???? they so rude and unprofessional!

If this review had an option for no stars, I would have picked none. Came here to get my nails and left MADDD at the world. The customer service was absolutely terrible and for $75 dollars are you serious???? Also, when I asked her to take the polish off , we started arguing. Because for the total amount I paid for my nails , they should have been super nice.But it makes me wonder how many people in that salon working under one license ? And STILL provide horrible service and mid at best nail art. NEVER WILL I GO again!!! Don’t waste your time and definitely not your money ???? Hard on the terrible customer service. And yes I went somewhere else to get them fix, I was not about to walk around like that ???? Oh, the nail salon across the street belongs to them too! Don’t fall for the dupe!!!
