Terrible customer service, went to dine inside with my family the lady was for some reason taking the men’s orders first, my son noticed right away, although I was there waiting to order already and acting like she didn’t understand what I was saying so I spoke both languages English/Spanish to her and she still acted like I was from another planet smh. My fam also shares same opinion since they all noticed. This was so uncomfortable never again will we give these ppl business again!

Horrible customer service! When placing order for delivery is hard because they Only hire spanish speaking people when it english people supporting as well. Hire both! You lose money like that.

St Ann's Cafe has excellent Dominican style food. The crew is always friendly and inviting to everyone! Seating Area is clean, sanitizer available. High chairs for children, disabled accessible and two large tvs. Credit Cards accepted. Take the 6 train to Brook Avenue. The Cafe is 2 short blocks to St. Ann's Ave and 139th Street. Popular Mott Haven section of the Bronx. (Recently the business changed hands. New owners very nice as well.)

If you want some authentic Dominican Cuisine in the neighborhood, this is it. We sat outdoors and enjoyed the vibe. The food was delicious. The "tres golpes" is the brunch of choice!

The worst! Chicken was undercooked and it was a family combo. Remind this isn’t the first time but it sure is the last time! Very BAD customer service, the little girl working there didn’t even apologize.
