New HK cafe-style restaurant with spacious seating. Decent menu selection at reasonable prices. Most dishes come with a drink. They have 2 TVs which haven't been hooked up yet. Food is good, and served in good-sized portions. I will return to this restaurant. Very busy restaurant on weekends. They offer 10% discount when paying cash.

Very nice and affordable restaurant, amusing environment during lunar new year. Food are delicious however, seafood needs to be preordered (by reservation). Overall, very glad to have a restaurant like this around!

Great variety and lots of options to choose from vegetarian dishes to seafood to meat dishes. A variety of fried & soup noodles + fried rice dishes as well. It’s all fairly priced and portions are pretty generous from what we observed at other tables and from what we ordered. It’s quite comparable to other major resto chains that offer a very similar menu like congee chained restos. Meals come with your choice of drinks and of course I had to try the HK Mill tea. It was good, not bad but not the best I’ve had. Definitely a spot to come back and try more dishes - Dishes were good but nothing extra special. I’ll update the rating once I try more dishes but it’s based on what I tried and what I observed so far.

October 2023 Update: Came here for lunch and tried the fish noodle soup and Singapore noodles. I found the Singapore noodles to have improved and is well seasoned. The fish noodle soup was customizable, large in size and tasted pretty good. For my own taste, I prefer a more intense fish broth. Service is very friendly. ~~~~~ New Cantonese restaurant in East Markham. I came for dinner when they still had a promo where you got a free drink with every dish which turned out to be great value but the staff were definitely overwhelmed and understaffed. Good news is I think the boss understood they were pushing it and needed more staff. We tried the Singapore noodles, spicy pepper salt pork chop, and stir fried tong choi. The food is not bad with decent portion sizes but everything just needed a bit of improvement. The Singapore noodles was missing a bit of salt, the pork chop marinade needed a bit more baking soda to tenderize the meat, and our dish of tong choi had a lot of the stalks which were a bit chewy. Since they just opened, I think the community should give them some grace and time for adjusting and improving their operations. I'll visit again once the new opening rush has calmed down.

Drove by this restaurant the other day and was curious about their food. They have a vast selection of dishes on their menu, but the price steered me away from most of them. I ordered 4 dishes: Diced Beef tenderloin with black pepper sauce, Steamed chicken, Fried rice noodle roll with XO sauce and Fish soup noodles. The Diced tenderloin beef was not really that tender, some pieces were hard to chew... I like the sauce and the broccoli that came with the dish though. The price for Steamed chicken was a bit steep for the amount of protein they provided - the taste was alright. The fried rice noodles with XO sauce and the Fish soup noodles were nothing out of the ordinary... portion is ok. I had a hard time getting the staff's attention, and when I did, they kept forgetting to bring my lemon water that I requested 3 times. The restaurant is still new and the staff are still trying to find their groove... the lack of attention I received from them was a reflection of that.
