My front bumper was smashed in. Was rubbing against the tire and could not turn fully. Called around for auto repair shops in Phoenix, Flagstaff, Albuquerque, they gave me 2-3 months to get my truck in and more time to repair it. Star Collision said a month. They had me back on the road in 3 weeks. They did a great job with repairs. You can’t tell there was anything wrong with my truck at all. The quality of service is amazing, the staff is friendly. I had to deal with Tiffany who handled all the GEICO insurance cases and I could never get her on the phone or a call back. I had to show up to their office three times in order to get an update. She pushed my finished date back three times so my car ended up being there from October 3 to November 1st. I do not recommend this place at all. There’s other auto body repair shops that quoted me two weeks like Auto Specialties Body and Paint on San Juan Blvd.

VIN 184068 It was amazing doing business with Star. Eddie has the best customer service and he made it a point to make sure I was pleased with the work. After having issues with another shop it was great to be treated with respect and and like my concerns where valid. I'm very satisfied with not just my vehicle but with the experience as a whole. I highly recommend Star Collision Center. I will be back there myself for any body shop needs. I had to return to Star not even a year later for a separate incident and am still very much pleased with the job they did this time. Had an issue with a little over spray this time but they were quick to fix it and keep me happy. My car looks amazing!

Staff very friendly. Had my vehicle worked on, took a week but they did an awesome job. Ask for Eddie. He was very professional and knowledgeable about the damage done to my car. Not great about customer service. We are the type of customers that like to be updated now and then on progress. We spoke to them 3 weeks ago because we called and were told it was stuck in paint. We were headed out of town and we’re hoping to get it back before we left. Still have not heard a thing. We will be home in 2 days. I don’t know why we are the ones that have to call and ask how things are going.
