Love the art work Mary is the most talented nail tech she's so wonderful and nice

I waited a long while before making a review. I wanted to be honest and fair. I stopped going to star nails 2 because the lady at table twenty seemed racist and the guy who sits across from the black girl told me the old lady was talking about me to everyone. So I went to star nails for months after this and from what I can see for the most part it was good work. Until a day when they had lots of customers before closing I had been sitting almost an hr, told them what services I needed. Then a family of teens or friends came in and they told me either get what they want to do or come another day. I couldn't get what I wanted because they wanted to service the girls who came after me after I was sitting for 45 min. I questioned them about it just to see if they really thought this was fair treatment to their customer. They had no problem losing my service. Very disappointed in their unprofessionalism. Even if they replied to this. If you sign in and wait for that long. You take the ppl who came behind myself another day but they wanted that money. Now I know why the ppl in the area don't go here.

I really hate leaving bad reviews but this was a horrible experience. I walked in and it was extremely unprofessional. There was no clear communication. I was sat at an empty, nasty station for thirty minutes when nobody was in the salon. It was dirty, and as somebody who works in a salon sanitation is very important. I just got up and walked out before I ended up with some kind of fungus or worse. It was my first and last time going here.
