asked for french tip nails, while gluing the acrylic nails on, the nail technician cut a chunk of skin off my finger and proceeded to apply the acrylic drip powder. as they were doing this blood got all in the powder from my finger being cut and they continued on doing my nails as if nothing happened. i had to ask 3 times for either my nails to be painted over in white to hide the blood or they redo the nail, after refusing to even acknowledge my request they finally complied. even after my nails were finished (the french tip look was painted over with white polish) they looked horrible. sloppy job with the powder application.

I went in to get my nails done, and the lady was unfriendly. Maybe she thought I was one of those women, who get service and run out. I don't know , but I took business some where else. I don't pay for someone to have a nasty attitude.

Went to go get my nails done for vacation. Asked for a full set acrylic. The girl started my nails and kept pushing and hitting my cuticles which would cause my to flinch when she was putting tips on. Once she had all of the powder on and went to grab the color they did not have the right color. Then stated “you wanted gel right?” I did not get the right service done and the job was HORRIBLY done as you can see in the picture. Paint is all over my skin and it is a very messy full set. Called and left a phone number to the manager and no one called back. Horrible.

Waited for over 45 minutes to get my nails done, then I wanted a fill in with only 2 fingers designed on each hand which I got but the design wasn't what i wanted. I asked for a simple design, which they told me they could not do. I then asked for rhinestones on a solid colored nail on each hand in which they tried to charge me 10 extra dollars for.... WOW..... And no it wasn't the full nail just the corner. I have them a 2 stars because i only paid 25 dollars. I was willing to pay more but I didn't get what I wanted. This was not what I wanted at all

It’s not the fanciest place I’ve been too and I have to agree that the people aren’t the most friendly. However, my no chip manicure and pedicure were AMAZING! The guy took great care and wasn’t harsh with the tools (as some can be). He shaped my nails perfectly and got all my rough skin off my feet. Tipped him very well! His name is tony I believe. Ask for him!
