This is the best Starbucks within a 50 mile radius honestly. I’ll drive out of my way from fort Myers to come to this Starbucks. The employees are super friendly, my drinks/food have never been bad or wrong and I’ve come here probably about a hundred times at this point. The best part of the Starbucks is how fast the drive-through is. By far the fastest in the area. There will be little to no line and my drink food is still ready right when I get to the window. When the drive-through line is really long, it moves a lot faster than any of the other Starbucks in the area. Would definitely recommend this Starbucks above others in the area

The best Starbucks, hands-down! This store is a 10/10. You can tell they really took the time with training and they care about customer service. I have gone through the quick drive-through and I have also ordered ahead on the app for pick up is inside, every time has been absolutely amazing!! my favorite Starbucks, will always be our go-to. Ordered online before I got my drink I stood at the register trying to buy a Starbucks cup, nobody addressed me the lady claimed she said it twice she would with me I obviously didn’t hear her not to mention it’s plenty of staff no lines inside! I got my cup and asked for a bag she said what kind and proceeds to give me a bakery bag for the cup I just bought, I usually just do online orders but never will I buy anything inside that store again staff was very rude! Staff on this day 3/12/24 to be clear not all staff, run the tapes! No customer service!! In Lehigh Acres

The new Starbucks in Lehigh Acres is absolutely amazing! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and comfortable. The staff is friendly and efficient, and always willing to help. The coffee is simply delicious - perfectly brewed with a smooth, rich flavor. In addition, the selection of drinks and food is impressive, with something for every taste and dietary need. The atmosphere is cozy and modern, with sleek and sophisticated decor. The space is roomy with plenty of seating, making it a great place to relax, have a good conversation, or just read a book. Overall, if you're looking for a great cup of coffee, the new Starbucks in Lehigh Acres is definitely the place to go. Highly recommended!

I stopped this morning, January 23, at Starbucks. I decided to go in to place my order because the drive thru was full and when there were only two people in line, I thought it was going to leave quickly, I only ordered five drinks and a burrito and I sat down to wait, and I watched as more people began to arrive and they were attended to and filled with their order quickly, the people at the drive thru passed by quickly and filled up quickly and I waited 35 minutes and my son's burrito never arrived and I had to leaving without my burrito and with my son without having breakfast because we were late due to the inefficiency of the people who were serving, they really call themselves a top quality food chain and for a burrito it takes 35 minutes I'm upset ????
