Had to wait over 20 minutes to get my order, only to find that they got it wrong. I ordered the new iced oatmilk lavender latte, and once they gave me the correct order, I found out a bunch of syrup on the bottom and drink tasted awful. Just threw it away as didn't want to deal with them again. The atmosphere is ok due to the location in Bayside.

Had a very poor experience here, barista Joshua extremely rude and condescending to both customers and her coworkers. I felt so bad for Eddie and Sophia as they were so nice and friendly despite being mistreated by Joshua. No restrooms and no where to sit

This is a pick up location only. You can easily order via app. I had trouble with my app and the wonderful staff helped me get the 2 for 1 Fall deal. Awesome customer service. Thanks again!

Super complicated to place an order…. It is easier to get into the White House than to get something to breakfast there, I just want a coffee, Very rude staff Starbucks doesn’t care about people anymore It’s a shame

Great Starbucks location. Only thing is that you need to use the mobile app or Starbucks to order from it, but I don't really think that's a problem, since they get my order correct every time and in a timely manner.
