Pleasant Starbucks located in a really convenient position centre to both the main high street and seafront. Reasonable amount of seating indoors and quality of drinks and cleanliness are exactly what you'd expect from a Starbucks. Visited several times and had a variety of drinks from iced to hot and always been made expertly and to my liking. I wasn't a particular fan of the refresher drinks however - which I thought were quite expensive for what tasted like weak cordial, but that's more of a chain thing than this particular venue.

I've stopped here on multiple occasions whenever I'm in Llandudno (couple of times each year) and this store is always a good stop to make! Drinks are piping hot, orders fulfilled correctly and in reasonable time, service is friendly. Yes there is sometimes a queue and u choose to join it so certainly can't grumble, it just means its very popular! Great experience!

Ordered a 'Too good to Waste App' sweet and pastry surprise bag but when we arrived to collect they didn't have any as they had no stock that would have gone to waste. Would have been helpful to know that in advance but it seems there was a IT error between the store and the App; we received the cancellation when we left the store. The manager (reluctantly and eventually) offered a free drinks voucher for the inconvenience.

Tried the “refresha” and thought the were very expensive and very weak. The inside was filthy, food down the back of chairs, clumps of hair, crumbs and debris over the floor throughout. Doesn’t look like it’s had a good clean in months.

First and foremost the staff here are excellent! Really friendly and attentive. You can tell staff are happy and motivated. Love the free puppicino for my Ned. For a franchise establishment it had a real family feel to it. Highly recommend!
