Went to this store last weekend and tbh I wasn’t expecting much an lived up to all expectations. I in no way criticise the staff, as they were so lovely and polite during my visit. It’s badly run by the franchise that is Euro Garages and much more expensive than any other store. On my visit there was a lack of food available, in the fridge an pastry case. Half the cafe was closed off about 4pm when they don’t close till 6pm? Toilets well they look like they could have done with a deep clean. Asked for my coffee which was lovely in a sit in mug an got it in a take away cup. Not a massive deal but not everyone wants to be drinking out paper cups. I think the franchisee should take a hard look at the credit the staff are at this shop, but also give way more support to them instead of thinking about money…. Safe to say I wouldn’t dream of going back. Was fairly busy nice environment.

I've been to the branch several times and never been bothered about the service, quality etc as it's been fair but last Sunday 3 of us went in and had such bad service. There were only 2 members of staff on and it was a constant stream of customers and they didn't seem to be able to cope. We ordered 3 drinks to sit in, all served in take away cups. I ordered an almond biscotti oat latte and got a normal latte. My friend ordered fruit toast and they didn't even toast it or give us butter or jam. We had to ask for it to be toasted and for butter. It wasn't even toasted properly after, it was barely warm. The caramel shortbread was dusted with something that changed made it taste different. Someone needs to have a good review of this branch as it seems the staff need support and extra training.

Worst service from all Sturbacks (compared to other countries from multiple continents). Took the order fast which is good, after that waited 20 min for a solo latte to be handed out with 4 customers before me. They've put it out, nobody could understand the name which was mine apparently, the latte just sat there, didn't bothered to ask who's latte is that, too busy to work slowly on the other coffees and talk to each other while the third one went out from the bar to speak on the phone. You see that an order it's not taken away, it should raise a question eh? Wasn't the only one either in this situation.

Tucked away down a cup-de-sac behind a petrol station made it look like a nice quiet place for a peaceful coffee. But that’s as far as the good points go. On entry, half the tables still had previous customers cups on or hadn’t been cleaned. The service point was piled high with dirty crockery, napkin box empty and had to ask for knife and stirrer. Also no toilet roll in toilets and soap dispenser empty. Then, sandwich came that had been warned up in its wrapper causing bread to go tough with an odd taste!!

This is maybe my fourth time stopping at this Starbucks, and fool me 4x shame on me… the service is always shocking, orders wrong, etc. I thought I could do a mobile order on my way to work and nip in. Order was placed at 9:10 and when I arrived there was only one other customer. My coffee was out at 9:34. Just shy of half an hour for a single coffee?!? Additionally, the other customer had to correct staff members THREE times on her order. She was charged £2.80 extra when she asked for a SINGLE extra shot, then they gave her a bacon roll when she’d asked for sausage, then they served her the wrong type of milk! Precious experiences of this branch include long wait times, lack of stock, and incorrect milk. I’m not usually one to complain, but the staff here clearly needs additional training. I will NOT return to this branch.
