Nice outlet. A bit dark and a bit dark. I think it needs refurbishment like the new ones around the world. Coffee was great as usual and the service was fast. Location is superb and well placed. The outlet is clean and all in place. Employees are cheerful and was of a great help. Thank you

This Starbucks is in the corner by Marble Arch. There is a lot of sunlight and it’s bright inside. The coffee shop wasn’t packed and the ordering process was efficient and fast. I like that they offer sustainable options: ceramic plates and cups if you stay to eat and/or drink. Their espresso and grilled cheese & ham were really good!

Unfortunately, my purse was stolen during my visit to the store, and I am reaching out to request assistance in accessing the security camera footage from that time frame. I understand the importance of privacy and security but believe that the footage could be instrumental in identifying the individual responsible for this unfortunate incident. UK * Specific Seating: We were seated right next to the trash can near the window. We have asked the worker to get in hold of the camera footage but he was not helpful at all he told us that he cant reach the manager and he didnt even try to reach the manager he didnt seem to care much or even help. We asked him kindly to try and reach the manager he just refused and did not do anything about it.
