This bar is absolutely wonderful! Poli, the bartender takes immense pride in her job and treats everyone like family. The owner is very generous and friendly and there are usually treats for free and a bbq on the patio during the summer months. Please come by and check it out for yourself- I guarantee you’ll feel right at home from the minute you step inside.

This bar is full of homeless people and weirdos, we had an absolutely ungraceful experience there. The owner of this store was drinking with his friends. I asked them to bring me the menu. One of the drunk guys there started walking to me while speaking a foreign language with a very angry tone (I assume he was cursing!) He got too close to my face. I was so scared. The owner told him to leave the customers alone and he went away. but this story repeated over and over for a couple times. This is absolutely unacceptable. Besides, the kitchen was closed (at ~9:30 pm). So we only had the option of beer; you can imagine how difficult it was to drink with empty stomach! At the end, I asked the waitress to bring us the machine. "We only accept cash," she said. I used an ATM in the store to get some cash which charged me 3 dollars! The store kept the change! at the end they accused us of not paying the full money. After doing a bunch of calculations, they accepted we paid the full amount! I haven't ever had any worse experience in a bar in Toronto!
