UVA daughter had broken jeep needed new starter (or alternator?)& had towed here. Wonderful caring service team. Not only did a full diagnostic but didn't charge a thing. Jeep started right up. Didn't know who to trust, or where to go. This place is Straight up!! & Honest & Trustworthy. God Bless this ???? place!! (They give student college discounts, too). Truly Amazing!!

I cannot tell you how honest and trustworthy this business it. I took my car there after being quoted over 1600 dollars estimate from the dealer and they they gave my car an honest assessment of not needing any work for now. I am grateful for finding straight up auto. Thank you so much.

We won't take our cars anywhere else. This team is trustworthy and honest and never takes advantage of a car owner by performing work that isn't needed. A few times, we have thought we had major issues only to find out a cap or hose was all that was at fault. Whenever they have recommended expensive work to be done we are confident it's needed.

It's the only place that offers to explain and demonstrate exactly what is going on and they're very honest even when that means referring me somewhere else for a particular job. Communication and quality of work are unbeatable and pricing is always fair.
