No CC/EC just cash. Parking space for customers, a real savior on busy days. And lake view. Is the food/coffee great? No. But who cares ????

Unfortunately I just want to warn others about our experience. ???? The place is wonderful but it is spoiled by rude service. There are many places in Germany where people are patient and professional and polite - in the way you would be polite to someone who isn’t from here. But not this place ?????????? It was about 14:00 and the place was packed outside. Sun, 33 degrees, and it’s right between the lake and the bergbahn, so no wonder. But inside was empty. Why not sit there? But we are told that it is not allowed. Ok. Some guy tried to go looking for the bathroom, the woman behind the counter started shouting and running after him. Not a good vibe ???? So you stand in line - there is no info - only at the end to find out that you can only order something if you have a table outside. Nothing can be sold to go, not even the pre-portioned cakes lying on the counter. I can understand they don’t have the capacity to make coffees to go, but the cakes? Come on ???? The lady was visibly irritated and overwhelmed and I felt sorry for her, but if you’re gonna be rude to your guests, consider hiring help. The lake is amazing and we ended up having a great day, but I read other comments here and identify with the experience! So go somewhere else if it is crowded, don’t bother it’s not worth your while ????

Charming inexpensive garden cafe near public swimming area. Espresso is very good, and recommend the chocolate cake.

Very nice view and the service is decently fast. The coffee was not very good though. I didn't order any food here, so that I can't judge the café on this. The atmosphere is relaxed and the views are amazing. i would go again, if I was there and probably just order a beer.

Great location and amazing view, lots of outside seating. Our waitress was not happy to see us at all but the other one was very nice. There's not much food on the menu, mostly drinks, salads and a few sausages.
