Suds HAND Car Wash

I love this car wash. I have two vehicles under the monthly plan. UPDATE!!! Recently the quality of the wash has decreased dramatically. The gentleman washing the car no longer pay attention to detail, and more importantly, the extra dirty spots. After the wash dirt can still be seen in plain areas, and definitely, the hard to reach areas. When I pay the extra $ for the full service I am consistently unhappy with my wheels and tires especially. They shouldn't still be dirty. I understand when it sometimes it gets busy and crowded and their trying to move cars along. But even when it isn't, it's the same results. Besides, I'd rather wait a little longer for a better wash than not. Please speak with your fellas and have them do a better job. I can't return the 5 stars until I see change. When I see the owner again I'll have a conversation with him but until then I hope he notice this review. Thank You.

As you can see my review was about 3 years ago and have been a loyal customer months prior to those pics with both my vehicles always getting the best wash plus the spray wax on both vehicles every week. I stopped going prior to summer of 2023 because my vehicle was being over looked by their workers which felt the more expensive car that came out after mine was more important to get done and leave mine with the spray wax on it under the burning sun. When i yelled at one of the workers to wipe the sh!t spray off my car since it was already damaging my paint their solution was to give my car another was and then gave me back $50. After that visit i tried them 1 more time a week later with only my suv and same 1 ?? treatment, i let my girl take her suv there after mine same day and her car came out dirty. I'm the type where I'd rather spend $$$ once to never spend anymore $$$$ after that. Since than I've learned to wash on my own with better results. ????????

I don’t know what happened but the service is not good, I paid $34.90 to get the best wash there and the car was not cleaned correctly, there were marks where they cleaned the inside and it looks like nothing was cleaned, on the outside because of the rush of cleaning it and getting the car out they didn’t clean it good. It is the second time that it happens to me and I never had this issue before, they used to do a great job but I will not go back.
