OTR deliveries unload on the street. Decent unloading pace for not having a dock and I didn't have to wait. One worker saw me pull up, then he directed me to this spot on the street.

This warehouse converted into an Asian grocery store. Prices varies, some a bit pricey, some on sale and some are clearance items. They offer free parking. Lot not too big. There’s also street parking right in front. Well stocked for most items. Cleanliness is good.

An excellent selection of Asian goods!!! You MUST wear a mask. Bring your own bags. The staff isn't unfriendly but I don't feel particularly welcome when I shop there

Pretty good Asian market. Prices seemed fine to me. I was looking for Thai basil and they didn't have it (I know it's a Chinese market, but I thought I'd try). Overall the store is deceptively large, and they seem to have a pretty good selection. I found their produce department a bit lacking. There was a bucket of huge live froggies near the meat section, so that was a surprise. Hopefully they are adopted to loving homes.
