I'm not sure how this dump has any 3 star reviews. This place was a dump. This Hotel was a disgusting mess. Mold in the bathroom, Bullet holes in the doors. We booked online late and when we got there we were too tired to look for another place. As we left in the morning we noticed on the back of the building had broken windows on the top floor. This was by far the worst hotel we have EVER stayed in.

Words can’t describe how horrible the experience was staying there. Mold in the showers toilet leaking and the heat did not work. When we tried to inform them that the heat wasn’t working and they attempted to fix they told me that the little money that I pay everyweek is not enough to cover what they pay to fix there heat then they also said my room was dirty when it wasn’t we don’t control mold and we can’t control a leaking toilet I will never stay again.

I wish there was a such thing a negative star. This is BY FAARR the worst room I've ever been to, and I've been to some real piss holes....The roaches, mold, filthy tub, broken furniture, horrible smell, etc. these things are bad but I could have still maintained because I was alone on a business trip and I didn't have my family with me. But the silver car that kept creeping by glaring at me menacingly is what caused me to leave. The first 3 times they drove around I kinda dismissed it. But it stared getting really weird when they went across the parking lot and parked at the next building over. They were definitely plotting. I left and of course management wouldn't give me a refund. I don't suggest ANYONE stay here EVER.....and judging by the parking lot it doesn't look like many ppl do.

This hotel was absolutely un pleasant. I got a room here a “non smoking” room, as soon as we opened the door to the room reeked of cigarette. It was so bad it felt like you couldn’t breathe. The beds were full of stains and smelled bad as if they hadn’t been washed. The pillows had no pillow cases and ours was full of hair. Very unsanitary, I went to the front office and spoke with Mohon the one who worked in the front and he told me it was not his problem and that he could not issue me a refund for that night. There were three people in the lobby pleading for a refund as they said the same thing I stated. Which is ridiculous. He did offer me a new room which somewhat better but still no sheets on the pillows and our toilet didn’t work. When I went to check out in the morning and get a refund and told them about the toilet not working he tried to blame me and told me why I didn’t go and tell him it didn’t work, why would I get out the room at 4 in the morning to tell you the problems if your just going to tell me there’s nothing you can do also it’s late and dangerous to be out that late.

Horrible customer service ROACHES EVERYWHERE. ODD SMELLING ROOMS. "UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT" IS A LIE . SAME PEOPLE SAME PROBLEMS SAME DIRTY CRUSTY HOTEL SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN . MAKING COMPLAINT TO THE CITY. Left a blanket and they choose lie . I don't care if the blanket was tossed out , SAY THAT... Bc if I have an opportunity to pick it up I will . But don't tell me it wasn't left bc now you're LYING . ON TOP OF THAT they locked the service desk door and left me outside banging on the Window for 45mins then someone had the nerve to come out and say they were closed but I have a room w demagnetized key card . Everything and everyone associated with hotel SUCKKKKKKS
