Oh man, where to begin. Our “clean towels” literally had human feces on them. We went to the front desk to tell someone, no apology or any words of remorse, they just told us to go to housekeeping, who wasn’t there at the time. At least a sorry would have been nice. The rooms are mediocre at best ( scuffed paint, holes in walls etc). Also the fire alarm had been taking out of the ceiling which we didn’t realize until we were getting ready to leave. At least it didn’t go off from the individuals smoking marijuana on the balcony with the smell wafting into the room. The walls are super thin and you can definitely hear the people in neighboring rooms.

We showed up and the front desk and the attendant was talking to her friend and wouldn’t put down the phone to help us. When we finally got our keys and checked into the room we noticed nearly everything was broken and dirty. THE WORST was when i turned on sink and the smell of sewer immediately drafted in from the pipes (couldn’t use the sink all weekend????). Hairdryer, fridge, windows, and ac were all broken. Wouldn’t recommend this hotel, even on my worst enemy.

No, no, no. 342 for 2 nights in November. They have a lot to improve. Positive - comfortable mattress and clean. Negative- repair was made maybe 40 years ago. Owners make 0 investments into business. For example, they sew bath curtain. I travel many countries, but I never saw a cheap approach to clients. Repair needs to be done. I would not come back to this place.

The room itself was nice but the bath tub doesnt stay full, the bathroom window came off when i tried to open it and the tv kwpt glitching the whole night. The lady at the check in tried to charge my mother an extra $100 for the last time we were here for “animal hair everywhere” and tried to say we had 3 huskys in our room which is physically impossible to hide, and there are also cameras that can prove thats not true. The ladies that clean the rooms are very sweet though and hold their guests to very high regard, land lady was a nightmare!!!

Entire experience is awful and they would not refund me because the manager is off-site. Felt unsafe with cracked window and entire unit as rundown. Bed is awful and loud, exposed power outlets, floss threaded shower curtains, banged walls, leaking faucets and shower heads, grime everywhere, leaking fridge (unsafe?), just a joke. Go anywhere else at all. Never stay here.
