We've always loved this place and have been making a point to come eat here for years. I'm never disappointed! Very popular restaurant. Good old down-home cooking. My husband's all-time favorite meal to get here is the cheeseburger. Mine is the Tuesday or Thursday Thanksgiving plate special! Although one day we went on a Wednesday and the special was the country style steak and that was so tender and delicious! The pecan pie was probably the best I've ever had. Cash only, but there is an ATM on site. Very clean, nice people and children friendly.

The food was fantastic... the only reason I gave them a 4, is I like real butter and they only have " whipped spread " (vegetable oil)

Amazing service! Amazing food! Amazing atmosphere! Come get a hot old fashioned southern breakfast, lunch, or dinner. If they had 6 stars I would give them 6 stars. Truly a staple diner here in Franklin NC. You ain’t doing it right if you ain’t eatin here.
