He is the only Well Service provider I recommend in the area. He has been maintaining my well since the day I bought the property (5 years ago) and I am extremely satisfied. I'm happy I had a bit of a scare a few weeks ago with my residential water well pump. Not that it's a good thing to have that stop working, but that it gave me a chance to meet up with Donnie at Sweetwater. I found him on a Google search and read the reviews a decided to give him a call the next morning to see if he'd have time to take a look at my system. It started up again after an overnight rest but I didn't want to ignore the issue. You know these kinds of things don't go away on their own. Donnie came out and inspected the setup and offered advice and performed some service. Through the whole session he explained everything he was doing. That was good because I've never had a well before so I needed the education. Donnie offered info about a pump replacement and didn't pressure me into buying one. However given the age of the well system and the fact I didn't really know how deep the well is, I decided to make the switch. Donnie and partner came on time and swapped out the old unit with a new one that will last a long time. They checked back to ensure things were working out as expected and even came back when I wasn't quite sure if everything was ok. What I liked the most, apart from the politeness and education I received, was watching Donnie come up with innovative and solid solutions when a surprise popped up. I can imagine every home and system is a little unique, and seeing him in action showed me he's experienced enough to know how to adjust and correct as needed and still provide solid solutions. I was looking for more than just some guy to fix a failing pump. I was looking for a long term partnership with a team who can help me maintain and adjust my system as the years go by. I'll be retiring soon and want to enjoy this place as long as I can. With the right team, that will happen.

Donnie screwed my mother and I out of $6,000. He took our money and never installed our well. He utilized every excuse in the book, including stating our dirt was too hard to drill through. After Donnie screwed us, we hired Ballard. They had our well installed within a month. They are the company I would recommend. Donnie, pay us back our $6,000, which includes the cost of having to file against you and your company with the courts. Update: As of 8/7/23, I am in contact with 5 people Donnie has stolen from, we are in the works of filing a joint lawsuit against him and his fraudulent company. In the meantime, we are doing our best to get the word out so that others do not fall victim to his lies.

I called on Monday and by 1:30 he was out and gave us quote. From start to finish Donald and his crew were very professional and got our well up and running better than it had ran in past year. I will only let them work on my well in the future and have already let my family members know this is who they need to use. I highly recommend this company for all your water well needs.
