Worst experience ever. One side of my lashes came off after only 3 days. My celiac is chipping off after days. You can never call and make an appointment. It’s just walk ins only. The time on google is not updated because they are closed when google says open, which means i waste gas. I came in when they opened to get serviced and instead of getting me out of the way they started me, and made me wait for my services to be finished while they worked on others. They are very rude. When i called the phone to express my concerns i was hung up on. i went in to talk about it with her & she said i couldn’t get my money back for my messed up lashes, not even half or $5 & i come frequently & always tip. She uses to much glue on the lashes in general which is why i didn’t want the fixed to mess up my actual eyelashes even more. She let a girl work on my eyelashes who is not licensed or knows what she’s doing. Which was a very wrong & unprofessional. NO WHERE DOES IT SAY NO REFUND. That’s why they are losing business now. NEVER GOING BACK !!!!!!!!!!!!!

Such a great experience. Close to home and the people were very friendly and professional. Got the best pedicure from a gentleman that works there. Never felt judged or awkward. It was so nice to enjoy the excellent work and the massage chair.

Wost Nail Job EVERRRRR!! Do NOT spend your hard earned money. I feel so ripped off, guy tech gave me attitude after kindly telling him my nails were shaped differently in length and width when he skipped method to match nail lengths. Seriously for $40 NO THANK YOU.

I went and got my nails done on Friday December 22,2023 and the picture I showed Nancy on how I wanted my nails done she didn’t do them that way she did them different and I told her that I will trust her and she did them differently and I love the way she did them

I walked in and asked for a full set. Once she started, I asked why was she applying the gel so wide and thick? My nails looked like duck nails, the acrylic uneven and lumpy. I was getting more frustrated as time went on. I motioned to the lady who was sitting in the first chair for assistance, but she was more concerned about watching her Tiktok videos than my nails. This lady does not know what she is doing and now I have to find another place to make it right. I take a lot of pics with my nails so having them look good is important They look HORRIBLE
