Customer service was awesome. There was a mishap with my polish but I was very pleased with the effort to correct the issue. Everything was done in a timely manner with no wait on a Friday afternoon. The prices were also wallet friendly. I will definitely be returning.

My nail technician was extremely knowledgeable about doing pedicures. She was polite and considerate. This is my second time here and both times I got an excellent pedicure.

Have been coming to this location for 18 years. Prior to the shut down in early 2020 due to the pandemic, the place was changing and staff were not as courteous to customers and would stop in the middle of doing your nails to take a smoke break. Andy was getting grumpy and sarcastic with clients and something seemed wrong with him. I stopped getting my nails done for a while during this time. I went back about 18 months ago and things were still the same with rude and grumpy staff and they didn’t do as good a job on my nails. I took another break and was going to look for another salon but today I decided to go back and try again. I called yesterday to inquire about the price since everything has gone up everywhere and was given a price. When I arrived today, I found the place had been remodeled and redesigned a bit and all new faces of staff members and only 4 workers there. No prices posted anywhere and before she started with my nails she quoted a price that was $5 more than what the guy answering the phone quoted yesterday. I told her and she said it was $5 more to shape my nails after putting the tips on and cutting them down. Have never heard that one before. Apparently this person is also the one doing eyebrows and while she was doing my nails, I had to wait three separate times while she left me to do eyebrows on those who walked in after me just to get eyebrows done. I didn’t have any choice but to wait. Reminded me of Andy in the past leaving his customers in the middle of his work to step outside and take a smoke break. The woman did a decent job on my nails but after raising the price and leaving me 3 times to do eyebrows, I doubt I’ll be back. Don’t know what happened to Andy and the old staff, but at least they had their prices posted. New management doesn’t have prices posted and seem to make them up as you tell them what you need, and like the old staff they aren’t customer service oriented.

DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP IF YOU’VE BEEN A REGULAR HERE FOR YEARS! Management has changed and the new staff is rude & incompetent. I’d been coming to this shop for 20 years, literally since I was a little girl, & I’d never had an issue until now. Not only was I burned by the hot stones during my pedicure, once my pedicure was completed, my heels still had visible dead/dry skin! How did I pay $50 for a pedicure to still have dead skin on my feet? Even though someone else in the shop offered to fix his mess up, my heels still look as if they did nothing at all. I basically got a color change for $50!! Do not waste your time or money.
