This review pertains specifically to the Taj Homebush branch, as our experiences at other Taj branches in Sydney were not favorable. While I wouldn't go so far as to claim it as the pinnacle of Sydney's culinary scene, Taj Homebush consistently delivers satisfaction. During our extensive travels, we've dined at numerous establishments, often relying on Google reviews for guidance. However, more often than not, despite their google reputations, these restaurants mostly fail to meet our expectations, disappointing us eight out of ten times. The remarkable consistency of Taj Homebush has left us impressed. Over nearly a decade, we've been patrons of their cuisine. Prior to the emergence of Taj Homebush, we frequented a neighboring restaurant, but its quality dwindled significantly over time. It's truly astonishing how Taj Homebush has maintained the precise flavor profiles of their dishes for nearly a decade, especially given the frequent turnover of chefs in today's culinary industry. We're left wondering about the secret behind their unwavering consistency, eagerly anticipating the owner's response to this query.
Good for Punjabi style food. The lunch thali is not that great but just right. The full thali is not worth it. They have a few dishes that are good.
