Really authentic Mexican food. Good balance of spice and flavors. Cotija cheese was really rich and good quality. Overall it was really good except I had to deduct one star for the styrofoam plates. I wish they would charge 10 to 15 cents more and switched to compostable or paper plates. Interestingly, just behind the food truck the state is spending $40M upgrading the roadway mainly to create more salmon habitat.

We spent $33 on two plates and only to find out that both of the plastic take out boxes MELTED INTO THE FOOD. I called and they remade the food on paper plates. We have been going there for over a year. The quality and portion goes down and down. But what happened today is absolutely shocking and intolerable.

Really good! Even though I've only had the Carne asada plate, I'm pretty sure there are no disappointments here. Definitely going again. Prices are reasonable and they have outdoor seating as well.

Went to Taqueria El Guero today and got the “super fries” which are fries topped with your choice of meat, cheese, sour cream, pico, and guac(with sauce on the side). Took only a few minutes even though there was a long line, and was absolutely delicious. I will have to stop by again to try more of their menu, or maybe just order the super fries again based on how good they were!
