They are good at their work. Does anyone know where there relocated to? I am trying to find them to get my car work on.

David or Steven the man that works on the Cars he was good. Fix the problem quickly. The manager with the dreads he checked to make sure all jobs was completed well. That was a good thing too. The only thing the card machine was down, so we had to find a cash ATM after the fact.

please don't call this mechanic anymore, bring your good car and leave with it for a single screw it cost me 950 dollars and the car is broken, please don't call this mechanic again that's what mechanics can do to repair cars

This experience with this auto shop has been by far the worst. Initially I wanted to get my brakes serviced since I hadn't had them service since I purchased the vehicle. No noticeable sound or squeaks prior to taking my vehicle to Martins Automotive. So I probed the mechanic prior to getting the car service did he specialize in brakes and rotor installation for VW vehicle. Given the make of my vehicle I wanted to be certain he could complete the job. I was referred here by a family member. He did some research and assured me he would order the brakes and complete the job. Took the car to get service the first day and immediately after I left I realize my brakes was squealing at every brake light. I took the car back three more times on separate occasions and each time he assured me everything was assembled properly. He then informed me he took apart the work and reassembled everything for accuracy the installation was done correct. Im still heartbroken that I had to take the car back 3 separate times and still the same result. The warranty is good for 12,000 miles but I cant even bring myself to the point of taking my vehicle back there to be told and given the same results. Unfortunately I had to take the vehicle to VW dealership. I was then informed the brakes installed are not the top of the line but are actually cheap brakes. This is why the vehicle continue to squeal at every light. So I took a $486 lost to say the least and still a very unsatisfied customer. I scheduled the vehicle for other services but after my initial experience with my brakes and rotors. I decline to ever recommend or take the vehicle back based on my experience. They were all nice gentlemen in character but the service didn't reflect the same.
