Exemplary service and food from this excellent pub. The food was by far the best we have had in a very long time. The portion sizes were more than adequate, and the service was extremely friendly. A lovely homely country pub run by Lorraine and Thomas, well worth a second or more visits.

Delicious food from this Swiss chef. Had a party here in skittle alley, and all food was delicious. My guests all loved it!

We had a lovely evening meal. We arrived late, without a booking. The landlady was amazing and opened the kitchen and we were served delicious food and great local beers. I would definitely recommend

I hired out the skittle alley for a work function and we all had such a great time. Lorraine the land lady was super nice and helpful. The buffet was AMAZING and surpassed all our expectations. The pub is nestled away in a beautiful part of the countryside too. We'll worth a visit.

Daughter visiting from London. We popped up to the Barley Mow for a Sunday lunch. Had the beef. Very, very tasty. Ample portions. Nice youngsters serving too. There was a group of Alfa Romeo owners there too so all the beautiful cars were lined up in the car park. Bar lady said they have regular car groups go there
