Had a great Sunday roast and the pub is very dog friendly. They have a great doggy menu and that went down very well with our Labrador! Staff so friendly and welcoming. Certainly worth a visit if you are in the area.

Still my favourite pub in the area. Great value for drinks, can’t be beaten on price. Beers are kept to perfection. Good home cooked food and you won’t go hungry. Proper old pub! Tables outside for the warmer days…..remember them!

Good old fashioned pub, a bit dated decor but that's just how it is. Unpretentious and honest Customer service was excellent, not hurried, gave us the time of day. Food was good value , served quickly, Clean , pleasant hostelry.
