Very last time I will visit this establishment. I ordered take out, fish basket. Every piece of fish taste like dead fish smells. I know, it's fish. But that dark brown colored gross fat line in a catfish filet, every piece, is discussing. And the young person said sorry, that's our fish. No sir. It's not. I've eaten here for years and never had fish that tasted bad. I had previously rated this place 5 stars. I'd give zero stars if I could. 13 bucks is a lot for fries.

One of the best places in town. Great food, atmosphere and service. I know everything is going up in price but the fish House seems to have gone up more in recent months. The Po'boys are probably worth the $14-$16 but it makes it though to spend $20 plus a lunch. If they were lower I'd eat there twice as much but taking a family of 5 cost well over $100. That being said, I love it!

Visited with a work colleague and I ordered the catfish with fries and mashed potatoes and gravy. The catfish was perfectly cooked and seasoned. Their tartar sauce was the best I have ever had! Then the fries are fresh and homemade, really good! Strongly recommend!
