I absolutely love this small and cozy pub in Luton! It's always a pleasure to visit. The regulars are incredibly friendly, and the service is top-notch. John, the owner, is a fantastic and personable host. I highly recommend this place to everyone!

Spent a very pleasant 10 hours here on Saturday catching up with some old friends. It didn't get at all messy - much ???? The staff were very accommodating and their service was exemplary ???? The regulars were equally accommodating and endured our presence without complaint (we were a bit noisy I'm sure) A proper pub, bit of a rarity these days but Luton still has a couple of these hidden gems. We may be back - you have been warned ???? ????????????

Had a lovely evening at the great northern. Bar staff and landlady are really friendly beers was spot on. And the atmosphere was awesome. A small but quaint pub with a lot of history.

Fresh beer, clean and comfortable, friendly staff, great locals. One of the best pubs I've been into in the uk, no jokes. Nothing crazy but exactly what a pub needs to be.
