Lovely place with a cozy atmosphere and fabulous music (jazz). ???? The staff members are very kind and friendly, and there are many unique beers to taste and drink! As it is near the train station, it is the perfect pub to drink your beer, before your trip! Ah, and it is also a great place to spend on your time with friends!

I love this place. Always an impeccable array of beers, the service is great and the staff are super friendly and well informed. There’s a dartboard which is a winner and the music is on point. They don’t have the biggest selection of food but the cheeseboard was delicious and the hotdogs looked and smelt really good, I didn’t have one but will definitely come back and try one. It’s a small pub but is lively on an evening…would definitely recommend

Beer selection is unmatched in Reading, gorge lighting when it gets darker in the evenings. Also they have scampi fries which are the best thing ever! Definitely the place to visit when you’re in Reading or near the station, or both!

Good to see an Untappd verified venue and to be able to see the beer options in advance. Helpful staff, laid-back atmosphere and quite busy for early evening. Would recommend, well balanced selection of beer styles and some interesting options.

Excellent bar tender. Great service, group of us had a mid-day drink. It was quiet, no piped music, other customers there, but calm. I bet it's buzzing at night time
