Always friendly place locals very load hey but this is their pub nice prices and friends dont not believe £2.15 a pint. Your never alone as someone will always start talking to you.

Exeter fan, very good pub and the prices were fantastic, less than £13 for a round for 4 people!

You can't go wrong with a dog friendly pub, clean, plenty of seating, great lunchtime belly busters for a wallet friendly price. Helpful, polite, and friendly staff. The toilets need a renovation. Anyway, who spends a lot of time taking a leak. The pub itself is great.

Don't always have real ale, but when they do it's always good. Nice outside drinking/smoking area when it's warm. Friendly crowd.

Always has been,still is! 40 years on from my first visit in 1984 to Oct 2022 ,great friendly staff,(a *lost* art of customer service that many don't have ,"The Kings Arms certainly hasn't ,first class management,well done ) great banter , good locals ,when your in Blackpool, carry on down via Taxi or ,Tram, you'll not need venture for a great night anywhere else ..
