I asked for gel manicure; technician asked me why I didn’t do dip. I expressed my concerns about dipping into the same pot from a sanitary perspective; she said they only use one container per individual, so I agreed to try it and thanked her for suggestion. She did pour dip into a separate container, but when done, she dumped it back into the container - I guess thinking I would not recognize that is the same thing if she does that each time? Noting also that she did not ask me to wash my hands at all prior to the service. Finally, I noticed when I got home that she left black residue from my prior gel manicure on the edges, and I think she charged me for a manicure when she only performed a polish change. She also noted that my previous gel manicure looked like it had not cured long enough; I responded that I also got that gel manicure at the Nail Bar when I first tried it a couple weeks before. Gave it a couple tries but need to find another salon.

Amazing atmosphere and the ladies gave me the best manicure and pedicure I’ve ever had. Extremely relaxing.

Very clean, trendy nail salon. I was greeted upon entering and had a pedicure chair within minutes. I was handed a menu of services, as well as a drink menu. The staff was friendly, however the gal I had spoke very little English and we could not communicate well. My daughters nail tech spoke good English and was able to translate. Both my daughter and I enjoyed our experience, and our nails looked great. I will for sure be back, and hopefully, I will get an easier communicator the next time.

This was my first and last time throwing my $$$ away with this establishment. I was seated to a dirty chair. It literally had wadded up used tissue in the area where you rest your feet out of the water. The young lady became upset that I asked her to remove it. She did not wipe the area with disinfectant and I had to ask her to change her gloves. I can see other clients having a wrap placed around their shoulders. She tried to hand the wrap to me. I didn’t reach for it then she stepped closer and placed it around my shoulders. Then an older lady came from the back and rushed through my service. Instead of using words to ask me to move my leg or foot she would hit my leg or roughly tug on my foot. I was NEVER able to relax and enjoy the service. I wish I could rate this establishment with NO stars.

Went for the first time today and it was a great experience. Clean, relaxing atmosphere and kind, attentive employees. This is the first time I've been to a nail salon that they did not cut me or rush me at all. I will definitely be back.
