If i could give 0 stars i would. We been standing outside to enter for 3 hours because they cant decide what line is what. First they say one fee and the next they say another. This place ownership is very unorganized and the fact that minors are allowed is wild.

Absolutely the worst place to go! The bounce at the door was trying to throw my ID away. He is lucky he didn’t cause that a federal case. This place needs to be shut down. It’s a health hazard and the bouncer at the door need to be replaced(AKA Fired)!!

Has tickets for Rata Blanca at 9pm. It’s right now, 11:42 and they’re just up there staring at the public and not starting the concert. Chill with the ego dudes! 3 hr delay? Seriously?

Servers are kind of rude they think you are dumb and that because you are at a night club you are aready wasted wrong sometimes we come to this places to chill and have fun. Not to get overcharged transaction on your bill rude workers and the place is big but proffesionalism is bad if you want to be in a place hearing cursing all night plus there is not respect for womens undervalued and we all deserv some respect. Mucha denigracion asi a las mujeres el servicio rudo, y sobrecargan si no lees bien tu recibo. Una oportunidad tuviste palace. Igual a los dueños parece no importarles nada solo quieren dolares pero con ese tipo de gente que tienen de empleados todos iran a la quiebra

I came to a concert here at the Palace today March 2, 2023. People started dancing, pushing, punching each other. Security guards just were standing watching. I, as a women tried to protect myself from getting hit in the face. A dark skin security guard came with an attitude told me I was blocking the entrance to the vip entrance. Respectfully told him I was just protecting myself. He stated he was the manager on duty. Aggressively told me to get down and move before he kicked me out of the club. Clearly told him I was not doing any harm to no one, I was just protecting myself. He went ahead and told me he was the manager and he didn’t care what I was doing. Very unprofessional security staff. They don’t care what happens to the public or if something bad happens. Very disappointed at their staff and their unprofessional staff. Sincerely, A very unhappy customer that is never coming back to this ghetto place where they don’t care about your safety and they treat you like animals.
