We just popped in for a pint. Didn't eat there. Nice atmosphere and clean.

Great night out for a birthday. Nice building, fun Atmosphere ????

Usually love this place but after sat night we went in for birthday night got 4 pints and asked young girl behind bat if she wanted a drink and must of bought everyone a round a 4 pts plus hers came to 35 quid. Think this was greedy of her and won't be offering again in there

Lovely pub lol in another pub we was in they told us that this pub was haunted that there was a door that was allways shut cause it had hauntings but when we asked the bar man he said nah hed never seen or heard anything any way it was a very nice welcoming pub got a lovely big beer garden definetly will visit again next time we are in pontefract

Review edited since pub has changed hands. Much better than previous times, much better since big outdoor seating area was added and most importantly there doesn't seem to be any idiot door staff making you feel unwelcome. Would happily return to the all new Red Lion.
